Egrets Walk is a coach home neighborhood developed by Royal Palm Builders in Pelican Marsh, North Naples.

Egrets Walk consists of 208 units in 37 two-story buildings. Twenty-five of the buildings in the 28-acre neighborhood are situated around three lakes accented by fountains. Most of the other buildings in the neighborhood are on a wooded nature preserve that borders the northern perimeter of Egrets Walk Pelican Marsh.

Egret’s Walk’s four floor plans range from two-bedroom/two-bath to three-bedroom/two-bath units. The neighborhood’s design incorporates two building types, one of four coach homes, and one of eight. All have attached two-car garages with automatic openers. Original pre-construction prices started in the $130′s.

On the first floor is The Fountainview, a three-bedroom/two-bath design with 1,372 square feet under air. The Lakeside is a two-bedroom/two-bath plan on the first floor with 1,204 square feet under air.

The Preserve floor plans are interior second floor two-bedroom/two-bath coach homes with 1,338 square feet under air. The Marsh, also on the second floor, is a three-bedroom/two-bath design with 1,489 square feet under air.

Egrets Walk interior features include a large screened lanai, a laundry/utility room with cabinets above the appliances, 9-foot ceilings on the first floor and vaulted ceilings in selected units on the second floor, and a large walk-in closet in the master suite.

General features include Mediterranean-style roofs, concrete block and metal stud construction with stucco finish, white-enameled aluminum windows and frames with tinted glass, six-panel interior doors, 8-foot sliding glass doors and French doors leading to the screened lanai. End units have mitered glass windows facing the lanai.

All units are pre-wired for a security system, telephones, cable television, and ceiling fans in the living room, bedrooms and lanai.
