Cinnamon Ridge, a neighborhood of 55 detached villas built by Pulte Homes Inc. at Copperleaf at The Brooks. Copperleaf is the fourth community at The Brooks and marketing began in October 2000.
Cinnamon Ridge is on the eastern side of Copperleaf, flanked by the lakes, fairways and greens of the second and third holes of the community’s golf course. Every home has a golf course and/or a lake view. The homesites are large enough to allow the addition of optional private pools.
