Brendan Cove, a 28-acre waterfront community located on the Imperial River in Bonita Springs.
Brendan Cove has a marina of 44 boat slips and 745 feet boardwalk that wraps around a natural preserve area ending in a gazebo. The boardwalk has low-level illumination so it is accessible during the evening hours for entertaining and fishing.
The slips can handle up to 30-foot boats. The water depth throughout the marina is at least four feet at low tide. All slips have water and electric hook-ups. Owners are required to install their own aluminum boatlifts. With the original home or home site purchase, the boat slips were priced between $9,950 and $11,950.
Brendan Cove has 66 single-family homes. Fourteen are located on waterfront homesites or adjacent to the Imperial River. The other homes in the community offer either lake or nature preserve views.
The original price of homes ranged from $179,900 to the high-$400s. Brendan Cove is located on West Terry Street, approximately a half-mile east of U.S. 41.
