Arielle at Pelican Marsh, a coach home neighborhood developed by Pulte Home Corporation located in North Naples.
Arielle consists of 230 coach homes in 27 two-story buildings. Construction began in October 1996.
The 24.2-acre site is west of Airport-Pulling Road N. on the north side of Pelican Marsh. It is bordered on the south by two fairways of the Pelican Marsh golf course. Every coach home has either a lake or double fairway view.
Arielle Floor Plans
Four floor plans are each three-bedroom/two-bath designs and include an attached garage. Original prices started in the $140s.
- The first-floor Ibis has 1,560 square feet under air.
- The Sandpiper, also on the first floor, has 1,633 square feet under air.
- The Osprey is on the second floor and has 1,845 square feet under air.
- The Tamarind, a second-floor end coach home, has 1,988 square feet under air and includes a two-car garage.
The Ibis, Sandpiper and Osprey floor plans include one-car garages and allow for the conversion of the third bedroom into a den.
The second-floor designs provide gathering rooms off the informal dining area of the kitchen. These rooms separate the kitchen from the lanai.
Kitchen features include white raised panel cabinets, a shelved pantry, cafe area, laminate counters, a breakfast bar, a double-bowl sink with a disposal and ceramic-tile floors. Originally included was General Electric kitchen appliances: a refrigerator with an icemaker, a microwave, dishwasher and a range with a self-cleaning oven.
The master suite includes his-and-hers walk-in closets, a cultured marble vanity with his-and-hers sinks, a separate shower with a seat, a Roman tub, a private water closet, Broadway lights and ceramic-tile floors. Every floor plan includes a laundry room and sliding glass doors from the living room and master suite that open to a screened lanai.
Interior features include stain-resistant carpeting, decorative trim, ceramic-tile floor in the foyer, raised-panel interior doors, polished brass hardware, lever-style door handles, textured walls in the bedrooms, living room and dining area and smooth-finish walls in the kitchen and baths.
Arielle Exterior and structural features
Exterior and structural features include pre-wiring for cable television, telephone and ceiling fans, barrel-tile concrete roofs, aluminum fascia and soffits, antique brass hardware on exterior doors and private courtyard entries. The buildings are steel-reinforced concrete block and stucco construction.
Arielle Amenities
The neighborhood’s amenities include a recreation pavilion with a pool with a waterfall and spa, a grill area and a screened pavilion.
Pulte Home Corporation provided a 10-year warranty program for the structural elements of each home that is overseen directly by the builder.
Pelican Marsh has entrances on U.S. 41 N. opposite 99th Avenue N., and on the west side of Airport-Pulling Road N., north of Vanderbilt Beach Road.
